Created by two head keepers - Indian cookery teacher Renuka Patel and Asian restaurant guide Mark Cowan; they wanted to create a tour which combined everything they knew about Asian culture and cooking whilst opening up two London communities to new visitors.

The Spice Tour aims to give everyone the opportunity to learn as much about Asian culture and cuisine as possible and then have the confidence to cook more adventurous Indian food using a greater range of ingredients and spices.

Both Spice Tours cover very distinctive communities in London and we have decided to create two tours that we feel give two very different experiences of Asian life, culture and Cuisine.
