Bookings – The full amount is payable at time of booking

Payment – Payment is by credit or debit cards

Cancellation Policy

Anyone who has booked and paid for a tour has the right to cancel at any time. In the first instance by phone call 07880 548 227 and then in writing by sending an email to info@spicetour.com or a letter to:

You will then be refunded the amount paid in full, provided the cancellation request is 72 hours or more before the event. You will also have the option to transfer to another date at another time, availability permitting, at no additional charge to you.

If the cancellation request is between 36 and 72 hours of the tour a 50% refund will be given. However you will have the option of transferring to another date, availability permitting.

If the cancellation request is any time before 36 hours of the tour then no refund will be given, However you will have the option of transferring to another date, availability permitting.

If we cancel your tour

On very rare occasions, we reserve the right to cancel your tour due to circumstances beyond our control. This may be due to adverse weather conditions. In this event, we will offer you another date for your tour as close as possible to your original date or a full refund of all monies paid. If you decide on a full refund, the company will not be under any further obligation to you.

Property & Person - We shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to explorers or their property.

Health and Safety - We expect all explorers to listen and obey all instructions given by your tour guide. This is to prevent accidents from occurring. We recommend that appropriate clothing be worn to tours. Practical shoes such as trainers are recommended.

Restriction

Minimum accompanied age is 12 years of age

Special Requests

We at the spice tour will endeavour to meet any requests that are made at the time of booking. However, requests cannot be guaranteed, and these do not form any part of our contract between the company and explorer.
